Standard Ethics does not use personal information extensively. The commercial activity of Standard Ethics is directed only towards other companies and not towards private consumers.
We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.
We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request.

Types of data processed
Even if the business of Standard Ethics is not aimed at private clients and consumers, we collect some kind of sensitive information in order:
- To respond to requests for information.
- To examine applications for employment.
- To bill and exchange information with our customer company.
- To send our monthly newsletter or other updates.
Any sensitive information relating to points 1 and 2 is destroyed after six months from the last contact with the person concerned.
Each sensitive information of point 3 is kept for five years from the last activity with the client.
Standard Ethics has a newsletter providing non-commercial and public interest information. It is information also used by journalists and for statistical and scientific purposes. Subscription to the newsletter (point 4) and its processing are considered valid until the user is unsubscribed, by clicking on the link present in each post. In order to periodically evaluate the appropriateness of all data, every twelve months a verification message containing the unsubscribe link will be sent to all users.
Security
We take precautions to protect your information both online and offline.
Access to the sensitive data archive takes place via electronic devices kept in a secure environment and password protected. Only staff members who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, billing) are granted access to personally identifiable information.
